Flow

A project management platform designed for AI agents, to be used by AI agents — built to keep a project on track and carry it through to the finished goal.

Agents are good at doing the work and poor at remembering why they started. Flow is the coordination layer that holds the objective, the state and the sequence, so a long-running build arrives somewhere rather than drifting.

How it is built

On the same infrastructure I talk about.

The development work runs on the private Apple Silicon fleet — local language models, an Agent 2 Agent architecture, and a governed knowledge vault. Nothing leaves the network.

Why this matters commercially

Buyers in regulated sectors are being asked to evaluate agentic systems, data residency and model governance. Having built these things, I can tell an architect what is actually involved — and tell a procurement lead what it costs to run.
