Cut through complexity
AI is developing faster than most organisations can evaluate it. Vendor noise, overlapping platforms and shifting standards make it hard to see the shape of a problem. I help teams get to a clear picture quickly.

Background
My background spans cybersecurity, cloud services, endpoint device management, and emerging AI driven technologies.
AI is developing faster than most organisations can evaluate it. Vendor noise, overlapping platforms and shifting standards make it hard to see the shape of a problem. I help teams get to a clear picture quickly.
Not every capability earns its place. The work is separating what genuinely moves risk, cost or capacity from what simply demonstrates well.
Outcomes that improve security posture, operational efficiency and commercial results — and that survive contact with procurement, architecture and the operating budget.
Track record
Over my career I have built strong relationships with decision makers across finance, government, and enterprise.
That means being equally comfortable in an early discovery conversation, a competitive tender, and a multiyear commercial negotiation.
The difference
I design, run and maintain a sovereign AI infrastructure on Apple Silicon: a private, multi-node Mac fleet running an Agent 2 Agent architecture accessing local language models, where no data leaves the network. It is a working environment rather than a demo — and it has given me hands-on fluency in the standards enterprises are now being asked to evaluate.
Focus
Much of my focus sits at the intersection of agentic AI, data sovereignty, and cybersecurity — particularly what local-first architecture means for regulated organisations across Australia and New Zealand.
It is a fast moving space, and I am always happy to connect and compare notes with others building, evaluating, or buying in it.
